Hey, are you looking for a Church where there is no gossip, back-biting, or jealousy over other's success in life? Are you looking for down-to-earth people who are not religious nuts, but real people like yourself seeking to live life to its fullest. Are you looking for a Church where people don't judge you, but embrace who you are? Well, Glad Tidings, is such a Church. We love life. Jesus said in John 10:10, "I have come to give you life and to give it to you more abundantly." Our slogan is "Live Large, Love Living!" It defines us, but it is more than just a slogan. It is the very fabric of our faith. We believe that God wants us to live life to its fullest and to enjoy this journey of life. We know there will be tragedy and plenty of challenges. And yes, we know there will be failure. But, we believe that even tragedy has the power to transform us in positive ways. While the pain is not forgotten, life can become even more meaningful because of these experiences. The key is to have the hope of a bright and happy future. The "Glad Tidings" or good news is that Jesus Christ can help you experience a bright future.
Glad Tidings, also, recognizes that life can be very challenging in this fast paced and ever changing world. There are many contradicting "truths" floating out there. What are you to believe? That's where Glad Tidings comes in. We are real people, just like yourself, seeking the "truths" given to us by Jesus Christ. We are a Word-base Church, so we filter all the various "truths" through the Word of God. We don't try to make the Word fit our predetermined views. Instead, we mold our views around the Word of God. We have discovered that it is possible to be contemporary, intelligent, and successful without abandoning the Bible as our moral and truth compass. You can have fun, enjoy life, travel the world, and seek to achieve your dreams in life. The good news or the "Glad Tidings" is that the Word of God is still as relevant and powerful in its ability to guide us in our quest for truth and success as it has ever been. If you want to learn to "Live Large and Love Living" while remaining grounded on solid spiritual ground, then Glad Tidings is the Church for you. We believe every Christian should live large - that is - have a big vision for their life. They should also love living - that is to enjoy living life to its fullest. That is why our slogan is: Live Large -- Love Living!!!
